What our team can sort out for you
Allo-Auto is a marketplace: we do not own the cars. They belong to the partner rental agencies you book from, and that changes who handles what.
- An existing booking — changing dates, cancelling, a payment receipt, or a confirmation that never arrived: that is us, directly.
- A disagreement with an agency over the deposit, an extra charged at the counter, or the state of the car on return: write to us and we will take it up with that agency.
- The handover check, the keys and the fuel level at pickup are settled at the counter with the agency — they have the vehicle in front of them, we do not.
- You run an agency and want your fleet online: use the Become a host page so your enquiry reaches the right person.
For an emergency during an ongoing rental (accident, breakdown, delayed flight), call or WhatsApp us on +216 58 591 690: it is handled as a priority, without waiting on an email reply.
Either way, quote your booking reference if you have one. Without it, finding the file takes far longer than answering the question.
Before you write in, the answer might already be here
How fast do you actually reply?
By phone or WhatsApp on +216 58 591 690, an adviser answers live during our opening hours. By email at contact@allo-auto.tn or through the form below, allow up to one working day — in practice, most requests get a reply the same day.
I haven't booked yet — can I still contact you?
Absolutely: availability of a specific model on a given date, a question about an agency or the coverage of an area, help choosing between two offers — our team answers before a booking exists too, not only after.
Are the other common questions already answered somewhere?
Our FAQ page lists the answers to the most common questions on documents, payment, the deposit and cancellation — often faster than an email back-and-forth.
Should I call, message on WhatsApp, or send an email?
Phone and WhatsApp are fastest for anything about a rental that is already underway or happening today. Email and the form suit a less urgent request better, since they leave a written record that is easy to find again — attach your documents (booking reference, ID, photos) directly to the message.
