These terms of use ("Terms") govern the use of the Allo-Auto platform (allo-auto.tn), operated by Allo-Auto ("we"). By creating an account, making a booking or otherwise using the site, you accept these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Our role: a marketplace, not a rental company
Allo-Auto is a matching platform that lets you search for and book vehicles offered by independent car rental agencies ("partner agencies"). For the dates and vehicle you enter, Allo-Auto selects and displays the best offer available across its network, then assigns your booking to a partner agency able to fulfil it. Allo-Auto neither owns nor rents out the vehicles shown on the site. The vehicle rental contract (pick-up conditions, insurance, deposit, mileage, fuel, any penalties) is concluded directly between you and the assigned partner agency, and remains subject to that agency’s specific conditions, which are provided to you before the contract is concluded.
2. User account
- You must provide accurate, up-to-date information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.
- You must be able to provide a valid driving licence and an ID document to complete a rental with an agency.
- Any information that is manifestly false or misleading may result in the account being suspended.
3. Booking and payment
When you book a vehicle through Allo-Auto, your request is passed to the relevant partner agency, which confirms it subject to availability. The prices shown on the platform are those communicated by the partner agencies and include the items specified on each listing. The rental payment and the security deposit are settled directly with the agency when you pick the vehicle up.
4. Cancellation and changes
The cancellation and change conditions for a booking are stated before you confirm it. For any question about cancelling a booking in progress, contact our support team, who can direct you to the agency concerned.
5. Liability
Allo-Auto endeavours to present accurate, up-to-date information about the vehicles and agencies listed, but does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of listings published by partner agencies, nor the effective availability of a vehicle at pick-up time. Allo-Auto cannot be held liable for the performance of the rental contract, the condition of the vehicle handed over, or any dispute relating to the rental itself, which is the responsibility of the partner agency.
6. Reviews and user content
Reviews published on the platform must reflect a genuine experience with the agency concerned and use courteous language. Allo-Auto reserves the right to remove any review that is manifestly untruthful, defamatory or unrelated to an actual rental.
7. Intellectual property
The site’s content (text, logo, layout, code) is the property of Allo-Auto or its partners and may not be reproduced without prior authorisation, except for content published by partner agencies, which remains their property.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time to reflect legal or functional changes to the platform. The version in force is always available on this page, with its last-updated date.
